Sore nipple! please help?!

last night it started itching so i looked at it and there seemed to be a small black dot on it which looked like a bit of cotton or something so i got it off and it didnt hurt and was ok for a while!. it has just started to itch again and were the black thing was it seems to have abit of liquid coming out of it!? only a small amount and it looks clear the area around were the black dot was is quiet sensitive, not so much painful just irritated maybe!. what could this be!? also the same breast seems to be slightly bigger than the other and is aching a little but has been doing for about a week!. i am 20, had a baby last year eat healthy etc just incase you need to know for your answers!. thanks in advance xWww@Answer-Health@Com
