ok well im pretty prone to reli bad pains when im on my period


iis there any way i can cure this pain!?!?


paracetimol is weak to me and id rather not be druggingmyself up!.

Eat banana's!. Honestly! I cant remember what it is called as it is a long word I heard a while ago but it banana's contain an ingredient beginning with 'K' and it helps reduce period pain noticeably :) You dont want to keep having paracetamol!.!.!. hot water bottles are good though, heat always eases pain :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have to agree, a hot water bottle works wonders!. If it's really bad and happening on a continual basis, you could see if your Dr will prescribe you with Mefenamic acid; this is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which is sometimes very good for period pain!.
If your very young, the pill should only really be considered as a last resort!.!.!.the longer you can leave off pumping your body with hormones, the better!.

You could try Feminax ULTRA; it contains naproxen (another NSAID) It works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, which in turn reduce the contractions of the uterus!. This drug also causes less gastrio-intestinal disturbances which are common in NSAID'sWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your hungrier during your period because simply your expelling blood!. Which in return lessens the amount of iron in your body!. So one, your body is craving food-for the iron you are losing!. Two, your hormones; play a huge role in what you crave!. Women in general, especially myself just want to lay in bed a pig out on chocolate and fatty, salty foods!. This in return makes you feel ten times worse!. You may have chocolate, but in moderation!. Try to get exercise, walk around the block and back!. It not only keeps you fit and helps you re frame from gaining weight from the sweets & lessens the bloating but it also eases the pains of cramps and aches!. Try to eat a well-balanced diet, meat, vegetables, etc!. I usually will go to the drug store of super-market and pick up some iron vitamins!. Fish/Seafood is an excellent source of it and it great to eat while this time of month, but i don't eat seafood!.
