Is my mom becoming anorexic?!

Question: Is my mom becoming anorexic!?
My mom has lost alot of weight, and I wonder how much she has lost, but she has gotten really tiny since she started her new job!.

She works as a manager in a resturant and usually doesn't eat anything but a nature valley bar!. When she is off she usually will eat only one meal, usually consisting of crackers or toast with wine, with the every once in a while meal!.

Is she anorexic without knowing it!?
I haven't seen her throw up at all, and she doesn't take any vitamins!.
