I wear lightly padded bras for that very reason!. I don't mean PADDED like push-up, but a bra that has a little shape to it!. Do not use thin bras that are as flimsy as t-shirts because you will be able to see the nipple, whether it's hard or not!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Wear a bra with a lightly padded lining!. You could also try pushing your nipples down a little (so they're not sticking out so much), when no one's looking, of course!. They also make nipple shields, which are like little stick on pads to help hide your nipples!. But bandage tape or band-aids would work just as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
