At your age, thats not normal as most girls grow during the age range of 10-14!. Although you may just be a late bloomer, ask your mom!. Go see a doctor if you feel there is a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I saw my doctor about it, she said are you experiencing other signs of puberty (pubes, periods, so on)!?
if you aren't then thats good because your not there yet, theres more to come if you get what i'm saying!.
if you are then thats less normal, but still fine!. not everything has to develop at the same time!.
i'd see what the rest of the women in your family are like, that'll give you some idea!. my mother's side has quite big boobs but my dad's side has really small ones, so i don't know whats going to happen!. talk to them, and if they were delayed, then you have nothing to worry about!.
don't feel too down about it!. i let it really depress me for a while, but recently i just turned around and said, "you know what!? i dont care!." things will happen in their own time!. the thing to do now is to eat lots (but still healthy- just more of it) and stop thinking about it!. if you wait for something too long its just not going to happen, so try to forget about it and be confident and happy the way you are now for a while!. it's normal for you!. everyone grows at different rates, believe me!. i started growing in like 4th grade, and my sis who's 5 years older, didn't start until 15!.

This is totally normal the breast usually stop growing at 18,19,20 your still a teen your still growing!. Usually everyone evens out in their 20's so who knows!. If your really scared about it maybe talk to your doctor, doesn't seem like a problem though, your still growing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it's normal you are only 16 you have a while yet to still grow!. I was a B cup until I was 24 and then WOW! So, no worries! And remember, nothing wrong with a small chest anyway!Www@Answer-Health@Com
