I NEED to figure a way out to not be bloated all of the time because of birth co!

Question: I NEED to figure a way out to not be bloated all of the time because of birth control pills!?
So I have heard what everyone says that it is either from being extra hungry (and eating more) or from water retention, but I just started my 3rd month of generic Yasmin, called Ocella, and I am horribly bloated! I wake up in the moring fine, and after I eat or even drink water, my tummy is big and uncomfortable!. My jeans hurt! All of them! I did eat alot more the first month of BCP, but then I fought off the hunger by eating raw veggies and health food, which I am still doing, and the only change I see is in the morning when I look like my old self!. After eating/drinking anything I am bloated again, which makes me say, this must be water weight!. How do I get rid of it!? I hate this! Is it safe to take diuretics all month long!? I need to stay on BCP at this point in my life!. BF and I are too broke to have a baby, lol! :)

Thanks so muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, it's not safe to stay on diuretics all month long!. I'd talk to your obgyn to see if there is another birth control you can switch to!. Each one reacts differently depending on your body, so I'd suggest seeing if you could switch!.

Also, exercising each day will help with the excess water retention, but you may still feel bloated!. :/Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may not be the Ocella!. That is supposed to be one of the best for water retention!. I have taken it for 4 years now and have never had anything like that!. Go to the doctor!. Or it may go away after the 3rd month, they usually say to give it that long for the side effects to go away!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

usually after the 3rd month of trying a pill u can usually switch to something that will help you!. if you dont like the pill there are other methods but just remember to take a back up method or there are always the shots called depo and its a once a month shot but with that its recommended to take calcium!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
