yes when you have sex you break your hymen, but it could have been broken before from something else!. it's very fragile and can be broken from horseback riding, inserting a tampon, etc!. you were probably hurting because your vagina isn't used to something that big in there, and the friction must have caused pain - it usually does the first few times you have sex!. and no, you are not a virgin!. virginity has nothing to do with the hymen, you lose your virginity when a male's penis enters a woman's vagina!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not quite, this quite a common happening for many girls!. In many cases, the hymen is already broken!. The ease of breaking the hymen layer is astonishing!. In fact, if you've ever put in a tampon in a sudden manner or somehow unorthodoxy, you may have broken and not even have known it!
