Question: Is this constipation from my PMS!?
I feel like I haven't gotten all of it out of my system, and no matter how hard I try it won't come out!. I do have cramps but I think that is from the PMS!. Please help and no rude comments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very well could be from PMS!. I've heard more often of diarrhea being associated w/ PMS, but depending on your water intake, you could be constipated from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
