Question: This is why periods suck so much!!!!?
so when i first got my period was the day before i was going to California to the beach and everything so i couldn't swim like at all i could at the end of the trip but the trip was 2weeks long so i got to swim like one day out of 14 days
another time my friend invited me to wisconsin dells the day of i got my period i didn't want to tell her i couldn't come because of my period so i went and i didn't wear a tampon because my mom didn't consider me old enough also because i didn't know how to use them so i had my period during the whole trip and my friend didn't even know but it sucked
then i got it when i on the stage at my school for chapel and our school is stupid and has no tampons or pads in the bathroom so you would have to ask the office so i didn't want to embarrass my self so i used toilet paper and then this last saturday i had it during homecoming i had pads but still it sucked again
and every time i think my period is done for the month no it then comes back heavy and huhhhhhh
life would be much better if periods didn't exist
and dint you hate it when you are having cramps and your brother or dad or sister that hasn't had it yet is like oh it doesn't hurt that much your just exaggerating and you are like dying on couchWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know how old you are, but I'm on birth control!. Specifically the nuva ring!.
It shortens my periods incredibly (to the point I have none at all)!. I don't cramps, I don't feel bloated, and most of all I don't feel exhausted all the time!.
If your period is really bad, maybe you should look into birth control to help regulate your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

IF you are having a period you are old enough for a tampon!.!.!.I feel bad that you have missed so much!!
As far as cramps, yes they hurt and I use to miss two days of school each month when I was young!.!.!.the cramps got better as I got older and disappeared all together after I had kids so there is hope!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
