I would say PPO, I myself am in the same situation!. I had an HMO since ages 0-25, now I am applying for a PPO!. I believe that PPO's are more private and personal, and HMO's are like big corporations!. The doctor's at PPO's have more time bc there are less patients and smaller offices, from what I hear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
