Answers:
You should never douche without a doctor's permission, a medicated douche to get rid of an infection!. It is unhealthy!. It disrupts your own natural chemical balance!. Your body was made to be self-cleansing!. There is no need to do anything other than use mild soap on the outside of your body!. That also includes no feminine deodorant sprays!. I used to douche after sex when I was younger, and wondered why I always had yeast infections!. I quit doing it, and the infections went away!. I haven't had one in over 20 years!. Don't douche!. Period!. Don't do it!. The vagina is a very delicate ecosystem of bacteria - bacteria that is good and necessary for it to function correctly and stay clean on it's own!. Douching will kill ALL the bacteria in your vagina, which can lead to infections!. In conclusion, just don't douche!. Ever!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doctors do not recommend that you douche at all!. The vagina is a self cleaning organ and does not need to be cleaned inside!. Take regular showers and wash good on the outside with gentle soap and let nature take care of the inside!. If you get a bad smell and have showered, then you have some type of infecton of STD and should see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was always told never to douche!. you have a normal balance of bacteria good and bad in your vag, and douching can remove some of the good bacteria and then you'll get an infection!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't douche unless absolutely necessary!. Vagina is self cleaning and douching can upset the pH and bacteria balance in there, resulting in an yeast infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is okay to douche only when instructed to by a medical professor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
