Question: Am i anorexic!? because my mom thinks so und!?
i lost 9 pounds in a month, und i dont eat breakfast cuz im never hungry in the morning!! i dont wanna eat if im not hungry!. i think im fat but recently, ppl have been saying im skiny but i seriously 100% think im well not fat but a bit chubby

im 5 foot 9 und i weight about 145 pounds i used to weight 160 pounds in the summer

145 is food for you, I am supposed to weigh 120 and I'm 5'2!, I looked up your BMI and your's is 21!.4 Which is normal!. 25!.0 Is the beginning border for Overweight, and then they have Obese!.

I think that instead of being skinny people should want to be toned!. I admire toned tummies (not necesarily 6 packs) and legs, like Serena Williams (but she is very toned), or Angelina Jolie!.!.!.during her good times!. To burn off more fat and look healthy rather than skinny you should try working out!. Bring a friend or your mother along too!. I'm glad your mother is worried, but I don't think you're too skinny yet, though I can't see you!. Just don't lose too much weight!. To cut out the "you're skinny" or "you're fat" even if they are meant as compliments I believe every woman should work out if it's possible for them (or join a sport) so people can see, "wow you look amazing!" or "Dang look at your stomach!" These statements contradict each other!.

Losing 9 pounds in a month isn't healthy though!. A woman should only lose about 1-2 pounds a week!. okay!. here's the deal!. from what i can tell, you are definitely not anorexic, but you have some eating/ body image issues!.
from your description of your weight/ height, you are absolutely not fat or chubby or anything!. you have a perfectly healthy bmi, not too high, not too low!. however, if you continue to lose weight at the rate you are, it would quickly become unhealthy!.
your mom is really over reacting to say that you are anorexic, but it may be helpful for you to talk to someone about the way you feel about your body and eating!.

maybe instead of skipping breakfast entirely, ask your mom to buy you yougurt smoothie drinks!. That way you'll get your your mom off your back about not eating breakfast and still get your vitamins without a ton or calories!.

i wouldn't lose too much more- 9 lbs in one month isn't healthy! try to maintain the weight your at now!. maybe try a workout routine and adding more calories to your diet so you'll look toned and it's always good to be more active!. Anorexic!!? You are far from being anorexic!. You need to weigh like 90 pounds or something to be anorexic!. You need to eat breakfast!. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because your body just came from resting all night without food!. It absorbs the nutrients the most in the morning!. I'm 13, 5"1, and weigh 90 pounds :P I'm fit, eat healthy, and most importantly, I BMX! I love Bmx, it's mai life!. If I didn't eat my healthy fruit, I wouldn't be able to do the things I love!.

Absolutely not!. 145 pounds is a perfect weight for someone with your height!. Tons of people don't eat breakfast, and although it's not the best for you, it's not the worst you can do!. You don't have a problem, 100 lbs or 200 lbs is a problem!. Many people just don't feel hungry in the morning!. Hunger doesn't come from needing food, it comes from your mind thinking that food is about to show up!.

That's the same with me! I have to wake up at like 7:30am, and I'm never hungry!
I eat breakfast on the weekends though!. I also think I'm a bit chubby in the stomach area, but everyone says I'm skinny!?!

no!. you are tall, so that is a good weight for you!. maybe you think you are chubby because you have jiggles, in that case you just need to tone up your muscles!. do sit-ups, push-ups, wall-chairs and get some dumbbells!. it really doesn't take more than 15 minutes each day!.
