If the age of consent or w/e in ur state is 16, and a 14 yr old got pregnant to him, but he recently turned 16 would he be charged!? I dont need a lecture or anything!. thanx

If the age of consent is 16 and you're 14 then YES he can be charged with statutory rape!. It doesn't matter whether or not you consented tothe sex act you're legally under age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
