Long Term Depo-Prevera?!

Question: Long Term Depo-Prevera!?
I had been on Depo from 2003 to 2006, when i got pregnant!. After i had my baby in 2006 i went straight back on Depo again!. This means i have been taking this form of birth control for 5 years not including my year gap for pregnancy!. Is this safe!? Can your body become "used" to this!? Am i at risk for becoming pregnant on birth control which i have been taking for a long period of time!? What do i need to do to make sure i am safe being on the same birth control for such a long time!? Can Depo cause any long term effects on my body!? Should I switch!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
