Hi everybody - as embarrassing as this sounds I am quite worried now! I had sex for the first time in my life this weekend with my boyfriend and we used a condom!. The last time I had sex with him was Sunday night and today (2 days after) I had been feeling slight discomfort this morning in my lower stomach and when I went to the bathroom it burnt and stung when I urinated!. It still hurts and is unbearable (it even reduced me to tears today)!. Can anybody suggest what is going on!? I'm not sure if it's because of the sex or if it's just a weird coincidence but your answers will be much appreciated!.

This sounds like a UTI or yeast infection!. It is important to pay attention to when the stinging starts, Does it start as soon as you pee (UTI) or if it starts once your urine hits the skin (Yeast infection)!? I just went through the same thing and I used a combination of things!. Go to the doctor as soon as possible!. I actually had to take medication for both because my Yeast Infection turned into a UTI!. This is very recent advice because I took my last Diflucan tab today!. I was on meds for a UTI for 7 days and because I took AZO Standard Maximum Strength they could not prescribe me Pyridium to ease the pain!. I also took Cystex which really didn't seem to help me at all (It was that bad, I cried every time I had to pee and eventually would only go at certain times of the day to try to minimize the amount of pain I would go through)!. Pyridium(in the strong prescription) form usually works very quickly until the antibiotics get into your system!. If I knew then what I know now (AZO contains Pyridium and you can only be on it in any dosage for 2 days, so it can't be prescribed by your doctor in the stronger form later) I would have definitely skipped the AZO!. Some tips are (use a clean and cold towel to place on your vagina after you pee to try and ease the pain, if you can find the antiseptic wipes they use in the dr's office and wipe before you pee, it has helped me and do not drink anything besides water, you don't want to make your urine acidic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Congradulations! lol! Usually condoms gives you a sting or an itchy feeling so when you feel that you need to wash yourself with soap and water and it will go away!. Im not a condom type of girl (NOT A **** EITHER LOL) So I don't know what condoms don't hurt you but you can google a listing of the preffered condoms thats out there!. The discomfort in your stomach is probably from having sex in an awkward position or you was a little to stiff!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This sounds like a UTI (a urinary tract infection)!. This happened to me when i first had sex!. It happens to almost all women when they first become sexually active!. Drink Cranberry juice (not cranbery juice cocktail) and call your doctor for a prescription, most doctors will give it to you over the phone!. Since this is probably your first UTI he or she will most likely have you come in to make sure!. Its uncomfortable but it goes away :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
you probably have a urinary tract infection (UTI) drink cranberry juice and buy some uristat!. or u can ask your doctor what they reccomend!. sometimes you can get them from having a lot of sex, which i believe is not the case, or not drinking enough water - alot of sodas- sometimes it just happens!. but don't be afraid just get some uristat i think it's over the counter!. it'll make your pee discolored but that means its cleaning u out and helping you!. :) sorry ur in pain, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to your doctors!.!.!.it sounds like a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) I use to get those all the time a day or two after sex!.!.!.and it hurts like hell!. What I do to prevent it, is I go to the bathroom right after sex!. It help a lot!. Good Luck! and drink lots of cranberry juice, it's good for the infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you probably either have a yeast infection or a urinary tract infection!. both are common from intercourse!. a lot of women get yeast infections from comdom irritation!. it is said you should pee before and after sex - realistically who has enough pee for that!. drink cranberry juice and that should help with your UTI!. other signs of a UTI are the constant feeling that you have to pee when you dont!. if that doesnt work, make an appot with your dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After having sex for the first time you can have pain!.
Also, you could have a UTI!. If you feel pain when you pee and see blood and have to pee often, that's what it could be!.

it could either be urinary tract infection or your significant other may have ripped you!. since it was your first time im gonna lean more toward the fact of him ripping you!. and as for the pain in your lower stomach, thats normal after having sex for the first time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes not enough lubrication can cause a urinaty tract infection or a UTI!. so next time i would recommend using a lubricant like KY!.!.!. and for now, drink lots of cranberry juice!. it will hurt for a few days but it will go away!. dont worry!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

you have a UTI (urinary tract infection) and need an anti biotic!. Tell your Mom!. You need to make sure and go to the bathroom right after having sex, it helps clean you!. Although it sounds like you were getting it before the sex so stop drinking anything but water and tell your Mom!. You can get them without having sex so she wont' no, but don't wait, it will only get worse!Www@Answer-Health@Com
