Question: Women help with tampon problem please!!?
So I'm sure I put one in about 6 hrs ago but then i noticed blood on my leg (luckily at home alone so nothing embarrassing!!) and I couldn't find the tampon!. I tried looking even with a mirror and I can't see anything!. So I put in another one slowly to see if I could feel one in there but it went in easily!. Now I have no idea if there's one in there!.!.!. What should I do!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

could it have fallen out (i know weird!)
but i couldnt have dissappeared and with blood down your leg, you could be leeking so check to see if your okay and if you find a tampon, you found your answer!

I don't want to sound gross, but have you tried putting your fingers in there and trying to find it!? If you can't feel it with your fingers (push them in as far as they will go) my bet is that it fell out!. There isn't a whole lot of places they can go (your cervix stops them from going up too high and into the uterus) Also, having two in doesn't necessarily hurt (I've accidentally done it before while getting out of the shower--didn't realize I didn't take the first one out)!. However, I am not a doctor, so if you look around the house (or where ever you went) and can't find it, I would go see a doctor to make sure that it's out because leaving it in for longer than you already have could lead to some serious health problems, like Toxic Shock Syndrome!. in position 3 (see pictures below) put your finger in and try to reach your cervix - you should be able to feel it!. Remember that if you keep tampon more than 8 hours, you are on risk of TSS (read below)!. Doctor also can check and find your tamponWww@Answer-Health@Com
