Question: I'm nauseous and it's my period!. Should I just make myself throw up!?

I think I'm nauseous because of my period and because I spilled nail polish remover in my room!. I feel really nauseous and I really don't want to throw up randomly on a person or something!. Do you think I'll feel better if I just throw up!? I'm definitely not bulimic, I'm just sick of this nausea!. I took pepto bismal but I don't think it did anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you having painful cramps!? If so,,this can cause the nausea!. Take some ibuprofen to stop the pain!.!.and the nausea will go away!.
