Question: Kinda embarrassing!.!.!.girl question!?
so my period started today (keep in mind i've gotten my period for 6 years now)!. i was diagnosed with PCOS and this is my first period with being on the pill!. i had some really bad cramps today and afterwards these 2 long, sticky, red and kinda white clump of stuff came out!. i'm assuming its the the uterine lining, but its never looked exactly like that before!. is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, i get those clumps too and they are just the uterine lining!. And the bad cramps, those happen sometimes, they aren't always the same from time to time and I think it is completely normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's just blood that's a little bit more coagulated!. Nothing to be concerned about really, happens all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
