UTI's are worse in my eyes!.
If you don't treat a urinary tract infection, it could spread to your kidneys (dont quote me on that, i can't remember the exact organ that it can spread to)!.
yeast infections are also bad, but they are just an overabundance of yeast!.

I know exactly how you feel! I used to suffer from yeast infections constantly and no matter how many different creams and pills I tried it always came back :(

I would think UTI because of the symptoms!. Luckily, I don't remember the last time I had a UTI (think I was in diapers)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
