Okay so this is really backwards! My mom doesn't want me to stay "pure" until marriage (but she'll respect my decision if I want to) and she says that I should have sex with the man I want to spend my life with before I get married!.
She's not a bad mother, so don't assume that, she just has her reasons!. (I'm not sure what they are) Anyway, lately I have been feeling like I shouldn't have sex before marriage!. I was against abstinence not too long ago, but all of a sudden I just thought that I should!. Could this just be a phase or a belief!. I kinda feel bad going against what my mom thinks! Lol!

My mom and I had a similar conversation a few years ago!. My mom said to me that sex is an important part of a relationship and you should know if you are compatible in that department!. I made the decision to not have sex until I was in a committed, serious relationship with a man I love!. I waited until just recently at 25 years old!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some people feel like you should have more than one partner to experiance different things!. But you are your own person and you should make your own decisions!. My mom is the same way!. Just be careful! My advice is not to have sex unless you are in love!. Make sure before you have sex with a person that you will never regret losing your virginity to that person even if you dont stay together!. Dont do it for popularity or to be like your friends lol!.
