Should I start my pill right now?!

Question: Should I start my pill right now!?
Ok here's my question I hope you understand, I'm supposed to start my birth control (Loestrin24Fe) when I stat my period, ok I get that!. My problem is that right now I'm not bleeding or spotting but when I wipe down there the tp has a spot of dark for the last 4 times!. I'm not sure if I should start the pills yet because I'm not sure if this really counts as spotting or starting my period!. I'm worried that my period won't really be starting until Thursday or something and I'll take the pill too early!. So should I start the pills tonight or wait for real spotting!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should wait till the next dayBut to make sure it's best to ask you're doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could wait until you are sure your cycle is really starting!. this is what i have done when i was on BC and it went fine!.

make sure when you do pick a time to start taking the pills they are taken at the same time every single day!. it will take about 3-4 packs before the BC is really effective so use back up contraceptive items until then!. if that is what it's intended for!. if not then don't worry about it!.

best wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The reason you should start at the end of your period is because they start to work faster!.

You can really start them whenever you want!. Your period will adjust & occur when you take the "period pills" at the end of the pack!. These pills are really just sugar pills!. The only reason to take them is to stay in the habit of taking a pill once a day & to remember when to start the next pack!.

Once your on birth control, start the next pack right when you're done with the first!. You don't have to wait for your period to end or anything!.

If I were you, I would just take the pill tonight & get the process started!. Take one pill every day & try to do it around the same time (it's not that big of a deal if you don't do it at the same time)!. Again, start a new pack the day after the last pill in the previous pack!. The pills help stop your period if it's still occurring!. Waiting extra days is bad because then it loses it's effectiveness!. When you're on birth control, you're kind of on a 'fake period' because you don't release any eggs!. !. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
