How effective is the morning after pill?!

Question: How effective is the morning after pill!?
Okay, firstly I know it was stupid, but it's happened now!. Last Friday my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex, I said it's okay I'll go and get the morning after pill tomorrow, ended up not being able to go on Saturday because we had a family do and couldn't get to the pharmacy that did it near us, so I said okay I have up to three days, it will be fine to get it tomorrow, and drunkenly decided as I was going to get it the next day anyway, it wouldn't matter if we had unprotected sex again (yeh, stupid, and i know he hasn't got anything btw)
so on sunday we went to get it and the guy said that it was the 28th day of my cycle so I should be due on, and that if it was more than 28 days since the start of my last period he would do a pregnancy test but as it's on the last day, and I told him I was usually a couple of days late, he said not to worry!. Thing is, after being really stupid and having unprotected sex 3 times, even though i took the pill within 3 days, that I could be pregnant!. I've heard it's not entirely effective and I've not had any signs yet that I'll be coming on soon!.
Also, last month I was 9 days late, got worried, did a test which was negative, but I have been very careful with contraception until last weekend so why was I so late, and is it possible that I am pregnant now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alot of women are late for different reasons! Yours might be, because you are so worried about being pregnant can be or can not!. Well, either way- go out and take a test!. If it is positive, than you are for sure!. Possitive is always right! Negative isn't! So, if is negative- wait a couple days!. I was late a month once, because I worried so much like you are! SO DON'T! Let him do the worrying! And yes the guys do worry!. Even if they say don't, they do! They are scared for you and for what will happen to their future also!. So, next time be a responsible person and use some kind of protection if you don't plan on having kids at this time your life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a possibility but the morning after pill is pretty effective!. I dont know how old you are so im guessing teens!? but girls your age are very prone to having irregular periods, lateness/earliness due to stress etc!. So i wouldn't worry!. Ive been months and months late so i wouldn't worry about 9 days!. In future wear protection, or go on the pill!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

The morning after pill is very affective as long as you take it the next day!. If you take it 2 days after your chances of protection is less but it's still worth it!. I've taken it many times before and it's always worked!. If your worried take a home pregnancy test!. But if you took the pill the next day there's a 98% chance your fine!. Good luck, take care :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
