yes!. however, it want be as comfortable when sliding in and out and also be sure to change it frequently!. Sometimes people tend to leave tampons in longer when they have a lighter period flow so they don't have to worry with it!. That isn't safe so just be precautious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
