Question: How to insert a tampon!? (my first time)!?
i had my first period 4 weeks ago and this is the second period so far!. i've been using pads and my flow is really light (only a few streaks on my pad) and its brown!.!. also like its not even coming out a lot like normal girls!. i dont even have a lot i feel like a little kid!. i tried a tampax light tampon and it felt SOO WIERD when i tried putting it in!. it wasnt even halfway in and it felt sooo awkward and it hurt too!. it was crazy!. people say its easy and i really need help!. thx

the only reason it hurt was because there was not enough lubrication (blood) to help it slide in easier!. wait until your period gets heavier then you will be able to get it in right and it wont feel so weird!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When you aren't moiste (wet) enough down there it will hurt to put it in!. Make sure you get the plastic applicator tampons!. Those one will be way easier for you to put in especially for you first time!. Remember it might take a few tries!. i went through almost half a box of tampons before I got it in right!. You will be able to feel the tampon even if it is in right maybe for the first couple of times you do it!. Just try to stick it in far enough and when you can't feel it than you will be fine!.

all you do is take it out of the plastic wrapper and its easiest to do it over the toilet!.!. the press the WHOLE thing up into your vagina, plastice applicater and all
then push on the end so it pops out a bit
then push on the end a little more and as your pushing on it the cottin will go inside of you and then you slowly pull out the plastic part and your done!
You shouldnt be able to feel it if its in right!.
Sometimes the applicators are cardboard too but plastic is easiest to insert!.

ok well with a light flow of blood a tampon is not good to use, wait until its really heavy - even then tampons might not be that comfortable!.!.!.!.but definitely when u hav light periods, tampons feel weird becuz ur dry, their dry, n that makes it more difficult! use pads until its heavy ok!? ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com
tampons usually come with instructions!.try to follow these as best as you can!. if not try to make your own way of putting a tampon in comfortably!.the pain is probably because you still have your hymen(still a virgin!.) Www@Answer-Health@Com
do you use tampax regular!? because i find the cardboard icky and hard to use, try pearl because it's easier and just keep trying, it'll come!. there should b a little instruction book in the box, so check that out too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
