It Really depends on your state!. In My state Illinois it is called Healthy Women aka Pink card!. The way you qualify for this program is if you are under the age of 44 and have no coverage for contraceptives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well if you are younger than 15 years old it is free and after that you are charged based upon age!.!. im 17 and i pay $11 per pack plus a $12 charge for seeing the doctor to get prescribed!. it works well for me cause i don't make that much money either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
