Girl Issue on birth control...?!

Question: Girl Issue on birth control!.!.!.!?
I am really scared!. I also feel really stupid for even posting this question, but here goes!.!.!.

I have been on Loestrin 24 Fe for 4 months now!. I am NOT sexually active!. I had my period the first month on the sugar pills, but the 2nd I had break through bleeding for about 5 days!. Then the 3rd month I had break through bleeding for 1 day, and that same day I got in a car accident and then when it came time for the sugar pills, nothing happened!. I read the information packet and it said that it takes about 6 months to regulate your period!. well I am into week one of my 4th month and I have been feeling very bloated, but nothing is happening!. Do I need to tell my doctor that this pill isn't working and get a different one!? Or do you think it could just be a stress factor problem!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes stress, injury, diet, drugs and other factors can all have an impact on how regular you are!. The decision has to be yours in this case, does it feel wrong!? Are you discomforted by the change!? Do you have any lasting injuries or other drugs that could be having an effect!?
If there is a logical short term cause you can see, then certainly wait to see how it settles down!. If it becomes uncomfortable or you are worried by the inconsistancy then certainly get yourself checked by the doctor!. Probably not a bad idea simply for peace of mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The stress is probably the main factor, however, birth control pills should be strong enough to overcome this!. You should at least contact your physician and see if he thinks you need something stronger, you don't necessarily have to go in for a visit!.!.!.a phone call should be sufficient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body is probably under a lot of stress from the accident!. I'd wait untill all of your white pills are gone before calling the doctor!. sometimes women on bcp skip a period all together without trying it and without being pregnant because of the hormones!.
call your doctor if youre worriedWww@Answer-Health@Com
