Science work - menstrual cycle . ?!

In a nutshell: Hormones will trigger your body to get ready for your first period!. Your uterus will start building up a special lining in the first part of your menstrual cycle!. Hormones trigger your ovaries to ovulate after the lining has built up!. When the egg is released from your ovary, it travels down your fallopian tube to your uterus!. The egg is waiting for a sperm to fertilize it, but if it doesn't happen within 24 hours, the egg dies!. After about two weeks, your uterus realizes that there is no fertilized egg, and so it begins to shed the lining!. That's when your period starts! The first day of your period is the first day of your new cycle!. After your period is finished the process starts all over again!.

If a 13 year old girl hasn't started her periods yet, it just means that her body isn't ready for it yet!. All girls' bodies are made differently; some will get their periods at very early ages, some may not start until they're 15 or 16!. At 13 it's normal for a girl who hasn't gotten her period to wonder if she ever will, but her day is definately coming!. She may experience cramps or discharge for some time before her first period starts!.

they say 14 to 16 is the right age to get periods!
and its a bit difficult to maintain urself at this age!.
so enjoy your childhood and do not worry abt anythng!.

the starting time of your periods depends on 2 things!.
1!.the time when your mom got her first period!. i mean the age!.
if she has got it late then u may probably get it late!.
2!.secondly comes the harmones!.
