YES alli is the best, NO dangerous side effects!. There is an oily discharge of fat that comes out when you go to the bathroom but that is the liquid version of the fat your eating so it doesn't get absorbed into your blood stream!. I have struggled with my weight all my life!. Ive always been a little bit chubby!. With alli I lost 15 solid pounds and it never came back! eveeerr! lol Annddd You don't have to be obese to use it!. I thought about using it myself, but went the exercise route and stopped drinking Pepsi!. I went from 145 lbs and a size 18 to 133 lbs (between a 16 and 14) within six months!.
Also, due to how it works and its side effect of the runs, I couldn't take it with no gallbladder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
