Question: I know this sounds weird and is a weird Q!.!.(Doctors preferred)!?
So lately I've been getting a lot of gas and cramps (as if I had to go) and then as of Saturday I have been going Diarrhea a lot and etc!.
I also don't get my periods any more due to anorexia (yes i know it was dumb so please don't say anything about it) and i don't masturbate, but lately my hole( yes down "there", the best way to describe it!. sorry) has been hurting and kinda achy!.

Straining from diarrhea can irritate the whole genital area!. If you have diarrhea then I assume you're eating again!? Perhaps you've reached a healthy enough weight that you're getting a menstrual cycle back!. Also, if the anorexia was severe enough the blood supply to your vagina may have been affected and the blood supply returning would be painful, like pins and needles when your foot goes to sleep!.
Another remote possibility could be ovarian cancer!. Gas, bloating and diarrhea are symptoms, but it's highly unlikely!. It's more likely you ate something that disagreed with you!. If it persists for more than a few days I'd see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
