Erm to the lady that said something about birth control Lola is trying to concieve!?!!?!?

Hey Lola,

Hope ur not feeling to bad hun!.!.!.!. Maybe its ovulation cramps although they would be a bit early a week after your period! Your doctor really should be doing more to investigate with the problems your having I would go back and not worry about having a winge!! Maybe it might kick him into shape and get him to act!!.!.!. And you know your symptoms might not actually be related to your cycle with them being so sporadic!

Try getting the ovulation tests like i mentioned last time and see whats going on there, there is also a site called fertility friend that might help you!.!.!. type it in google and give it a go xx

I dont want to get your hopes up or anything but do you think it could be implantation cramps!. Could you be pregnant!? I know I get really bad periods and cramps as well!. Mine happen all the way through my back also!. But since you are not suppose to have your period for awhile then I dont think it could be that!. Just call doctor and tell them that you want some test done!. It will put your mind to ease knowing whats going on with your body!. And plus you dont want to wait till it is too late and you cant conceiveWww@Answer-Health@Com

COmmon problem!. He gave you birth control to reduce the pain, and it will, It takes a month or 2!. You should go back though and tell him or have a follow up!. He did it with no tests because it's common!. If it still hurts, it might be something differentand less common, so go back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be fibroids I would try to get an appointment with another GP and ask to be referred to a gynaecologist Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi there

i have this problem as well!. It began with period pains, backache etc during my eriods and now it is virtually all month but it comes and goes!. I went to my doctor about 6 times and each time i was told it was just period pain, its common etc!. i eventually asked to see a gyno and i am now due to have a laparoscopy to see if everything is alright!. I have been told that it may be a pelvic disease or endometriosis so that might be your problem as well!.

i suggest you get referred to a gyno as they specialise in this area and can at least try to find the cause of the problem!. You can just ask your doctor to refer you, when i asked i got told there wasnt much point (nice eh!?) but def do it!.

Hope this helps and you get better soon xWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had severe period cramps and heavy flows, one in which I had to change several times for the day!. I was able to get rid of the problem by natural means!.

You having pain throughout the month, however, sounds like more than just premenstrual syndrome!. Other factors that can cause these pains are fibrosis or endometriosis!.

In any case these problems are as a result of hormone imbalance, which in turn is related to your diet!. Another factor that relates to period cramps is constipation which also is related to your diet!.

To correct this problem, you'll need to increase the amount of nutritious high fiber foods you eat!. This you'll get from fresh fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds - especially vegetables and nuts!.

Include in your diet lots of green leafy vegetables!. Other vegetables are also important!. Vegetables such as broccoli, celery, carrot, cabbage, stringbeans, cucumber, parsley, tomatoes, watercress, cauliflower, and okras are also important!. Other important foods are beet, yam, avocados, dates, dulse kidney and lima beans, lentils, millet, peaches, pears and pumpkins!. You need to have in your daily diet at least 60% raw vegetables and fruits!. Eat only whole grain products, raw nut and seeds - all kinds available to you!.

You also need to include green drink made from green leafy vegetables in your diet!. If available, it is important that you add kelp to your diet!.

These foods will both add fiber to your diet as well as the nutrients needed to balance your hormones!. The other 40% of your diet can be divided among proteins (nuts, seeds, meat, and fish), complex carbohydrates (yam, potatoes, pumpkins etc!.) and cooked vegetables!.

Drink lots of water - 8 to 10 eight ounce glasses of water per day!. This will help with your bowel as well as your flow!.

Doing physical work that exercises the abdomen also helps to reduce the cramping!. Having a free soft bowel movement just before your period starts, helps to reduce the pain!. That is why it is important to start from now to promote free bowel!.

If you have access to Noni fruit, blend one each day with other fruits to make a drink and have at least two glasses per day to promotion free bowel!.
