Legs are out of shape. ?!


Question: Legs are out of shape!. !?
I have very long legs for my age!.
im 13 and im 5'8!. I am also a size 1 and sometimes 0 but the problem is my legs are out of shape!. I only weigh like 112!. Though all my fat goes to my legs lol no joke!. I ate coco puffs yesterday and my stomach was flat!. My legs have um stretch marks and some cellulite!. I understand that stretch marks and cellulite doesn't go away, but i still need my legs in shape!. Does anyone know the fastest way to lose weight in your legs!?
Seriously i know exercise!. I am not retarded!. Any exercises that make it go faster!? Any food at home that will help!?

Sweetie at your young age dont worry about how your shape is, really!. For another 7 to 10 years your metabolism, hormones & body in general will be changing faster than you can wink!. The best thing you can do is eat healthy & stay active!. I think you'll be happy with the results!.

You don't need to loose weight anywhere young lady!.!.
you can get rid of cellulite through massaging the area, which also increases blood circulation!.
You could try toning you legs buy doing weights with them!.!. squats lunges and bike riding, yoga (or something like that) are all very good!. and don't forget to stretch as this is the most important!.!.!. but please don't loose weight!!!
