You're preaching to the choir, honey!. Weight gain and loss of libido is common among young to middle-aged women taking the pill!. I had the exact same side effects!. I decided to get off the pill and get on the IUD!. It took 4 months for my libido to come back and it was much easier to shed the pounds!. So your libido should be coming back in the next few months and everything will go back to normal!. Just be careful not to get pregnant before you two love birds are ready!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you even asking about Birth Control!? you have so many questions about trying to conceive and giving birth to a baby and you don't want people to come over the first 2 weeks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should have started earlier and researched/tried different Birth Control- sometimes it can take a long time for the body to get used to a drug being introduced to the body, or in most cases the first choice of BC isn't always the best, sometimes a low dose is better to start off with then introducing a higher dose!.!.!.!.!.but if you read the fine print in BC box it says that the side effects are weight gain and loss of sexual drive!.!.!.!.for now maybe go to the doctor and talk about other optional BC pills, there are so many out there :)

If not, then just use condoms with your husband and you should be fine!. Sometimes BC isn't for everyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
