What is wrong with me? Here are my symptoms...?!

Question: What is wrong with me!? Here are my symptoms!.!.!.!?

For a few weeks now I have not been hungry at all! And when I eat a few bites I feel sick to my stomach and queasy!. Also, I have had diarrhea at least once a day!. Sometimes in the mornings, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be a number of things actually!. i would seriously consult a doctor though because you don't want it to get worse and you should treat whatever is wrong with you
