Kariva was making me sick, so my doctor changed me to Yaz.?!

Question: Kariva was making me sick, so my doctor changed me to Yaz!.!?
First off, I'm 28 years old!. I was taking Kariva for over a year, then all of a sudden every time I'd start a new pack, I'd get really sick!. My job eventually started knowing when I was going to call in sick!. So I stopped taking them!. I finally went to my doctor, a new one by the way (LOVED LOVED LOVED my old doctor, HATE the new one), and told her what had happened and that I thought I needed a lower dosage pill!. She prescribed me Yaz!. From what I've been reading about other Yaz postings, maybe it isn't the pill for me!. I know when you start taking pills, you are going to have side effects while your body is getting used to them, but after taking two Yaz pills and waking up in the middle of the night to throw up and "other stuff" for over an hour, I'm getting flash backs of monthly pain and nausea!.

I guess my questions are:

1!. Has anyone else taken Kariva and Yaz, and have a preference!?

2!. I assumed a lower dosage wouldn't make me as sick when I started a new pack, I feel worse than I did on Kariva!.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I've taken both, and no matter which BC you're taking, you're always going to experience side effects when just starting a medication!. They should go away after a few months!. You'll just have to suffer through it, or just use condoms!. You should also be comfortable and like your doctor, I suggest finding a new one, and really get some answers to your questions!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
