Definitely take some pain killers!. Headache tablets will be a good start if you don't have any special period ones!. See if your mum has something she uses or can recommend, she may even go to the chemist for you!. Dont sit there and say I dont want to take tablets as tablets often fix the pains and then you will wonder why you didnt do that earlier!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
