Everybody's body is different but this is how it feels for me!. A day or two before I start my period, I start having pain in the pelvic area!. My muscles actually spasm if you touch any of that area!. Then, I get the diarrhea pain (usually followed by diarrhea)!. Then about day 2 into the period, I get tremendous heaviness in the pelvis region and excruciating cramps!. Sometimes they are so intense I vomit!. Usually by day 4 or 5 the pain is all gone even though the period is still there!.
During my period, my boobs really hurt to touch!. I usually don't even wear a bra if I can help it!. Sometimes I get incredible headaches before the period and my mood really get depressing!. I can cry during a toothpaste commercial!. I hope this helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before I got my first period, I didn't have any cramps, headaches, breast soreness or anything!. All I noticed that was unusual on that day was that I had gotten a lot more discharge than usual (I had recently been having very little discharge at all) and when I wiped there was a small amount of orangish discharge (sorry if that was tmi!)!. After that, I got my period a few hours later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Menstrual cramps, to me, feel like alot of pressure on my lower abdomen!. But the first time I got cramps (I was only 13) and had never experienced them before!. So it was more painful for me then!. My breasts never get sore or sensitive before my period, but sometimes I have an increase in discharge a week before I start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nahhhh its your vagina cleaning itself out, perfectly normal!. My boobs didn't start hurting tilll 14-15!. And still hurt at the age of 17, cause they are growing!. The blood might freak you out, but you'll get use to it, slap on a pad or shove up a tampon and your good! :D

To me cramps feel like something really really really heavy in my pelvis and a bearing down sensation on my sides!. But, everybody is different- my twin sister gets no pain at all with her periods!. my doctor tells me the cramps will be much better if I start taking ibuprofen a few days BEFORE my period starts b/c it lowers the hormones in your blood that cause the cramping!. well the only thing i can tell you about cramps is that you may confuse it with your stomach hurting!. that's the only way i can explain that!. and before i got my period for the first time i had no pain my boobs were not sore!. it was just the actual bleeding that freaked me out!. It feels like horrible pain!. Mine are in my lower abdomen!. It can be mistaking for your stomach hurting!. :p
