This early in the pregnancy you wouldn't have any physical activity restrictions!. Walk, jog, drive, whatever you want!.

Start taking prenatal vitamins immediately, especially since you have poor eating habits!. You can buy them in the grocery store or your doctor can write a prescription for specialty ones!. Don't drink alcohol or smoke!. Otherwise go see a doctor to get the full list of foods you should avoid!. Its normal to have nausea during the first three months so just do your best to eat!. Saltine crackers should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best hing for the baby is nut, fish, fruits, vegetables, water, and chocolate!. Reading helps the baby stay calm and talking to it all day too!. You should have apples and lots of snacks throughout the day because now you are supplying for two people not just one!. drink lots of milk too!. Listening to music helps too!. When you get farther along you are going to want to sit all day because you back is going to hurt and your feet!. The BEST thing to do is get you feet, back and whole body massaged once a week to once every two weeks depending on how you feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normal activities unless a dr says otherwise!.You have alot of hormone changes going on right now,you may not have an appetite, and you may get sick too, just from the thought or smell of food!.Try to eat someting though and remember everything you put into your body the baby gets too! Go online and start reading and preparing yourself!.Get to an OBGYN soon!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
