Either eat lots of yogurt or take an acidophilus capsule daily (they are cheap and have bacteria in them like yogurt does)!. You can buy them at Walmart, Kmart, Target, etc!. in the vitamin section for usually less than $5!.00 for 100 capsules, I think!. Try to avoid sweets, if possible, because too many of them can aggravate a yeast infection or even cause one!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can get any yeast infection medication!. they all work pretty much the same!. i would make sure you have one first!. white discharge, itching!. you can get the kind with the cream and tube!. and use a little and if it helps stop using any more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
