Basically!.!. to be really graphic!.!. you're not stretched out enough yet!. You're too tight!. You need time to adjust, and your vagina has to expand in order for it to be comfortable!. Definitely try slim, teen sized tampons!. You must relax completely when inserting it, don't force it!. Try a little bit of lube (I don't know why you would have lube laying around, you sound like you're 13), and just slide it in!. If it's in properly, it won't hurt and you shouldn't be able to feel it at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tampons do not hurt if inserted properly!. It just sounds like you need to relax when you insert it and make sure that you insert the applicator up to the proper depth, which should be plainly marked!. Just read the instructions that come in the box and follow them precisely and you'll be fine!. Good luck!.

PS: Once you get the hang of it you will wonder why on earth you've been trying to use pads for athletic competitions!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well another problem might be that you didn't know how to insert it properly the first time so it hurt!.!. n everytime you tried after that, you expected the pain so you tensed up your vaginal muscles which did make it painful!.!.thats wat happened to me!.!.!. i was a soccer player and i wanted to start using tampons as well!.!. n after a while i became a pro at itWww@Answer-Health@Com

its not supposed to hurt, when its in right u dont feel anything!. but that used to happen to me when i 1st tried using them i couldnt get them to go in then i stopped trying for a while but when i tried again a few months later it worked fine!. make sure u put it all the way in and tilt it torwards ur back like point it to ur back then push it up bam ur doneWww@Answer-Health@Com

its because you don't bleed enough!. if you have a light period they will be uncomfortable!. or you don't have them in far enough!. or the size you have is too big!. but most likely your period is too light, since you're on track you're probably in shape and don't have a heavy period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably didn't put it in far enough!. When you don't put in far enough, it can hurt!. Don't get discouraged!. The tampon is used for absorption!. When you don't put it in far enough, it starts to absorb any little fluid it touches!. So it touched your walls, dried them out, hence pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh that happened to me too! but then i realized i was doing it wrong!.!.!. i was sticking it up at the wrong angle!. u can use ur finger(cleaned!) a bit to see what angle u should put it, that helps a lot!. and after u get really skilled at putting then in, u wont even noticed them any more!.
and oh yeah, make sure ur not really dry down there before u put it in or else it will be a LOT harder!.
i hope this helped!. :]]Www@Answer-Health@Com
