Do you know whats going on?!


Question: Do you know whats going on!?
Why when i work out and exercise, i get like fat or bloated!. And i also gain weight on the scale(111 lbs)!. But when i don't work out, my stomach is flat, and i way less(108 lbs)!. But also when i don't work out i get tired easily!. Do you know why this happens!? Should i just stop working out so i can stay skinny!?

For a female working out can cause an initial weight gain and a bloating affect!. This is to do with the body taking on more water for expected sweating, etc!. The exercising increases muscle mass which can also cause a slight weight loss!. The flat stomach affect is that when you stop exercising you start to lose this store of extra fluid but the flatness won't last long before you start to lose muscle tone and your tummy starts to bulge again!.
Just do the exercises for better health and keep at them and your body will sort itself out and you'll look great regardless of any minor weight changes!. Don't take just one weight as your guide as the body changes wieght all through the day/week!. Best to weight yourself at the same time on the same day once a week in the same clothes for a more consistent indication of your true weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe it's because you drink a lot of water when you exercise, causing you to feel bloated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
