does anyone know anything good i can do for my lower back!. its been kinda hurting lately!. idk if its the way im sleeping or my complete utter lack of activity or what!.
i already do this thing where i hang from the bathroom sink and take all the weight off my spine!. does anyone know anything else to do!? it can be anything thanks
btw im almost 20!. im not an old man!. and im not fat at all!. so its not age or weight!.

I fell on my coccyx (tailbone) years ago, and didn't have the money to go to the doctor or chiropractor!. I managed to work my way through it with the help of those books!.
