But since I'm here, I'll answer your questions for the guys: "yes" to both!.
Urinals in women's rooms would be a great idea IMO, provided women knew how to use them and weren't ignorant and sheep-minded like a lot of the "no, women can't/shouldn't stand!" people replying here!. I'm constantly hearing stories about there being huge lines for women's restrooms and shorter/non-existent ones for the men's, and something like this ought to do a lot to solve that problem for the women!.
I also think it would be good if girls learned to pee standing when they're young!. That way they would know it's possible, and they probably would not have that absurd idea of it being not "ladylike" to do it (I've heard that in Victorian times women regularly stood to do it, and were they unladylike back then!? I think not!)!. Also it would make it easier for them to pee in the wild, as you said, and would prepare them for using women's urinals if those were widely adopted!.

Umm, I don't think I could do that!. I would get it all over myself!! I like to sit to, well to relax!. I would feel like a man! Men get to stand, women get to sit!. That's how it should remain!.
