Question: Confessions! Please give me your opinion! :(!?
I have Agoraphobia, Depression, Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Extreme Ocd, and very low Self-Estem!. I'm 18 years old and have been homebound for 3 years!. I have had a rough live!. I have never had a father figure in my life!. My mom was a single mother raising 4 kids on here own!. Most of the time we lived in homeless shelters!. My mother was a herion addict!. I smoked weed for about 10 years off and on!. I have been clean for 3 years now!. I had several sexual partners (around 60)!. I have never told anyone!. I'm very ashamed of my past!. I only developed my problems (Agoraphobia, ect) 3 years ago!. Is my past linked to my problems I am having now!? How do I help myself get better!?

No one is going to criticize!.

What you need is therapy!. (don't feel bad, people with much less issues than you go to therapy)

Try to find a free clinic where they'll take you in!. (You'll probably will have to call them and ask them to come and pick you up)

You obviously want to change your current behavior, so ask for help!.
If you live with someone ask them to help you (they can't do it themselves)!. We can't help you online!.

You need to ask for professional help!. It'll take a while, but you can change, if that's what you want!.

I think that your past is just troubling you!. Somethings that you deal with inside (about your past) a therapist cant help you with always!.
If I were you I would tell myself everyday that today is going to be better than yesterday!. And I would go to church and pray and ask God to help you with this problem and to take this Borden off of your shoulders!. And i actually think that it is a good thing that you a addressing this and is not ashamed to!.

agrophobia is fear of big places\crowds!?
you should look at youreself in the mirror every morning and tell yourself youre great, youre the best you can be,(etc!.)
give 100% in everything you do, laugh alot, do things that make you happy
if you have a partner, have one that you can share youre feelings with that you can tell honeslty what you feel and get an honest answer
go outside once in a while and breath deeply, and listen to the birds Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have had a lot of things to deal with in your life but now its time to take care of you!. I think you should seek some counseling to talk about your past and present to help overcome any bad feeling you are having about your life!. Go to church Try to Find God!. The environment around you can definitely shape what you grow up into!. I always wanted attention from guys, trying to replace my father because I hated his guts!. But I sort of grew out of it mainly because I have a great guy stabilizing me now, and I'm in college!. I had a low self esteem and did several things, but I out grew most of it!.

You have so much going on that I don't know what to tell you to get better!. OCD can be lessened through therapy, and you can talk to a therapist for your depression, but make sure it's someone you like!. My mom was so hung up on "getting me better" that she forced me to go to the psychiatrist (only went twice) but I didn't want to talk her as I felt she was only doing her job, so find someone you're comfortable with!.

I'm glad you're clean and no longer smoking!. The last thing you want is to get depending on a drug no matter how "harmless" it is!. You want to depend on healthy means rather than unhealthy!. Try to focus your life on something positive like college, or music or drawing etc, when you're upset!.
