I'm depressed and full of anxiety....?!


Question: I'm depressed and full of anxiety!.!.!.!.!?
I live with my fiance and my "future-mom-in-law!." She nags all the time over small, dumb stuff that shouldn't even matter, and she mainly yells at my fiance!. She claims that his younger brother, whom is 14 yrs old, does more for her than my fiance "Jake" does!. The 14 yr old argues with her constantly, and he always needs "help cleaning his room" because he can't do it by himself!. He doesn't help with laundry, he doesn't pick up after himself, he's rude and selfish and thinks everyone owes him something!.!.!.

"Jake," does laundry, and so on!. And then she looks at me as if I'm supposed to lecture Jake also!. She depresses me because me and Jake work 30-40 hour weeks, and she went part time and works 2 times every other week because she's in allied health!.

I don't know what to do, me and jake are almost 20, and putting our foot down won't do anything but make her mad, which sometimes leads to cussing and sometimes "physical contact!." like, slapping, etc!. not me, but jake, and I can't take it anymore because I can't stand up for him because she has told me to leave before, and came back crying saying "I'm sorry! I didn't mean it," and so on!.!. She is emotionally unstable, and I feel like I'm losing my mind!. My sister lives in AR, and wants me and him up there, but he'd rather save money and then make up our minds, but I can't take this much longer!.!.!.!. I don't have any family down here to rely on!.!.!.!.

My chest hurts all the time, I have headaches, and I can't sleep at night!.!.!. what do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
