Question: Can any one help me about my period!?
I need so much help! I have all the sighs for my period but I dont know how to talk to any one about it!. I'm only 9 (nov!.7 10) in 4 grade but I know these girl was in 1 grade and she peed her pants and a tampom can out any why I have been having cramps,hair under my arms, that clear stuff,tha hair thing I dont know the fancy name,and small breast,I whese at the doc office and was weghied and i was 96 the nurse and my mom went in the hall to talk!. so then in the car my mom asked me some werid q!. so how do I talk to my mom or someone women I turst!. any help please help!!!!

Just tell your Mom that you have some questions about puberty!. She is probably just as embarrassed as you are to bring the subject up and will feel relieved when you ask to talk about it!

From one girl to another, I think you need to talk to your mom!. It was SO uncomfortable to talk to my mom, but I did, and I felt SO good afterwards!. Just remember, she was a girl once opon a time! :) Everything will be ok!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really wanted to talk to someone too when I was going through this time, but I was too shy!. I had health class one day in 4th grade and we were learning about period and all that stuff!. It made me talk to my mom, even though I was shy i just had to breathe and say everything out loud!. I talked to her about it and she told me what to do when it happens and what not to do!. You should talk to your mom in private some day just so you get your facts straight, and you are prepared when everything happens!. Good Luck :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm going to agree with everyone else, talk to your mom!. If you don't feel good about it in person, try a letter or e-mail!. As for being 9 well, it's unusual but not unheard of!. Puberty can start as early as 9 and you shouldn't panic too much!. I remember when i had my first period (and I'd like to mention that my mom and I didn't talk the best!.!.!.) I just went to my mom and said "I think I'm having my period!.!.!." and all she said was "oh"!. No big deal! Remember everyone's different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
