Question: Abnormal pap-smear!? Question about what they do!.!.!.!?
So, I had an abnormal pap-smear and my Dr wants me to have a colposcopy (biopsy) Im scared to death! My friend told me it hurts pretty bad!. Anyone else had one!? What should I expect!? Is it pretty normal to have an abnormal one and have it be nothing!? Or should I be worried!? Im 27!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Colposcopy does not hurt!. It is very uncomfortable though!. You feel pinching when they take the biopsy samples!. They put a brown salve on the cervix after the biopsy!. You will have a brown discharge that will stain for a week or more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
