Question: 4 tampons on really light days whats best 2 use!?
i use regular absorbency tampons for heavy flow, and when my flow's light i use pantyliners!. i'm sick of pantyliners!. would it be okay to use regular tampons for a very light flow, or should i go with pantyliners!? or are there a lower absorbency of tampons, besides regular!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When your on a heavy flow, use super tampons, you should only change three times a day anyway!.
When your on a light flow and dont want to use panty liners, theres such things as light tampons!. And even then, a regular tampon would work fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, there are lower absorbancy tampons!. they should be pretty easy to find in a store!.!.!.probably called like light day or slender tampons or something!? im not sure because i always stick to regular or super!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
