Maybe instead of your main character almost dying you could just cut out that tripping part!.
Instead maybe she can save her mom: Stop the bleeding, do CPR, whatever, using what she has learned watching grey's anatomy or something!. Then everyone is happy that she's a hero, but she feels that she just did what anyone would do!.
Also, just try to make sure you have spelled words correctly and used the correct word!. Example, you used the word herd instead of heard!. Herd is like a group of cattle, heard is what you did to a sound!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
