Hi,

I just replied to your email!. It's not clear if these moods your having are hormone related or not!?Is this just happening at certain times of the month!. Also, Is this just happening since the birth of your son!?

I think it would be a great idea for you to see your Doctor, have a chat with him!. In the meantime, write down (keep a diary) when you have these thoughts/feelings!. Write down what you feel!. This can help to!. It really sounds like you may benefit from counselling!.

Try and explain to your partner how you feel, so he is aware of how your feeling, and you both have an understanding of what's going on!. It then makes it easier to deal with!. Don't shut him out!. If this is just happening since the birth of your son, it could be postnatal depression!. Have a chat with your GP!. The longer you leave it, the more you will suffer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, try to assess anything that might be causing you subconcious grief!.!.!. bills / relationship stresses / private life things / anything related to your child!. If you try to push things that are stressing you down and away, they will come up in other ways!.

Secondly, after thinking about the above, consider some professional help!. While bipolar is characterised but mood swings from crazy happy and elated to depressed, your mood swings could be related to so many things, far too many to list!.

I think, in your first instance, you should go talk to your local doctor, ask for a referral to a psychologist and just have a chat with one!. Going to one does not mean that you are crazy and insane, but they are incredibly good people to talk to, and will more than likely be able to help you realise what is going on in your life!.

Also, as for your partner!. Explain to him whats going on, that the change in mood seems to be uncontrollable but that you want to seek help so it can end!. You will need his support, and having someone behind you can help make your recovery even better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is pretty safe to say that you are experiencing hormonal and/or chemical imbalances!. There is no other explanation for such erratic mood swings!. You need the advice of a physician and more than likely medication, at least for a time!. Any other advice gotten here is purely speculation!. Get in to see your doctor as soon as you can, there is no sense in suffering needlessly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
