hi ,i was just wondering how many women experience very irregular periods !?!? i am 28 and started my period at 14, but still they are very irregular often going for 8 or 9 months without one ,i have 3 kids so dont have fertility problems and usually when i am on my period it isn't overly painful ,its just the not knowing when it is going to arrive that sometimes can be a real pain ,also i go for regular smear tests so there have been no concerns there ,i have tried going on the pill to regulate them but after trying over 6 different kinds of b!.c pill none of them agreed with me making me violently ill, just wanted to know if anyone else has a big problem with irregular periods !. thanks in advance Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm hardly ever on like yourself too I went doctors a little while back and he said its very common on some girls for their periods to stop all together!. No that doesn't mean menapause lol it just means that we don't come on anymore and doesn't effect fertitlty either!. Enjoy it I say and don't worry your normal!!!!!!!!

I'm 19 and the exact same, I got my first period at 12-13 and they're still very irregular!. I hate it, I mean I hate actually getting my period but not as much as I hate the fact I never know when their going to come on!.

Yeah, sometimes I'll go about 2 - 2 1/2 months without one!. You're obviously not ovulating correct!? My obgyn told me that as long as you have 4 periods a year then there's nothing to be concerned about but it looks like you're having less than that!. Have you had an ultrasound to rule anything out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
YES! I hate it! I get all the symptoms of PMS only to find no period and it really sucks! But it's also because I have been on so many antibiotics for a staph infeciton and that just totally screwed everything up! Www@Answer-Health@Com
